TreeQinetic Static Tree Pulling Test

The only company in Scandinavia, Finland and the Baltic states to utilize TreeQinetic static tree pulling test; currently the worlds most advanced and precise instrument to measure stability and risk. TreeQinetic is the only device capable of providing insight regarding stability and risk of breakage in both stem and root system.

A pulling test is performed to measure the trees weaknesses and risk to its surroundings. At the same time the rootsystem is examined for carrying capacity/uprooting. This method is of course non-destructive. If a tree appears to be a risk or danger to its surroundings, we can calculate how to prune it to eliminate risk.

When performing a pulling test the tree is put under tension using a winch to simulate wind. The reaction of the tree is measured utilizing highly sensitive gauges (elastometer, inclinometer).
Software provides the opportunity to accurately determine the stability of a tree.

If a tree turns out to be unstable we can take action and prevent felling a tree of high aesthetic and biological value!a
